We consider ourselves your partners and are a professional service provider led by a founder with years of experience in the customer service space. That said, this service is not for every company. Our on-boarding interview process helps us determine if we are the right company for you. It is completely possible that we are not in some cases.

HelpScout is our preferred HelpDesk tool of choice and has been for some time. We have also supported ZenDesk. We are always open to customers requirements and as such would consider an arrangement that includes using FreshDesk or other support tools.
